Excellent value – quick, efficient, water heater replacement and upgrade. We’ve had our new water heater installed (upgrade from 50 to 75 gal) about 2 weeks now, water is much hotter and lasts longer even when many are showering or using the master tub. They were very knowledgeable and respectful in response to questions about brand, efficiency, size upgrade options, etc. They took the time to walk through the steps of the replacement procedure, and explained rationale for any connection adjustments that were needed. They had very accommodating and flexible scheduling options, and were professional and prompt with arrival times, and work duration estimates. Venne Plumbing is a true local business that provided a wonderful experience and I will always be happy to support them again – I’ll seek them out for all of our future plumbing needs!
